Open to those aged 18 and over only.
Open to UK residents only.
The offer will stop when 5,000 applications have been received, and in any case on 29th January 2011 at the latest.
5cl miniatures of The Black Grouse will be allocated on a first come first served basis and only one miniature per household.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
