equity transfer - keeping existing mortgage

I have been doing some extensive online research into transfer of equity in relation to my divorce.
I will be remaining in the family home and need to carry out a transfer of equity from our joint ownership to myself as the
individual owner. There is a huge variety in the quotes I am receiving. Some include land registry fees of £50 and some LR fees of £200.
The transfer of equity will be part of a court order and financial agreement in relation to the divorce. Could you please advise which fee
would actually be payable?
Thank you.

Speak to your solicitor. Your lender may well impose charges as well.
Are you retaining the joint mortgage?0
