Moving house with mortgage defaults

I've been a student for the last 3 yrs and as a result of living on a small amount defaulted a few times on my mortgage. There are no outstanding payments or debts but I want to move and buy a new house when I graduate and get a job. What are my chances of my mort lender agreeing to this? My sister has agreed to be my guarantee if I need one.

Until you've established yourself in a permanent job the question is extremely subjective. In the meantime maintain an exemplary credit record.0

I'm hoping having a 40% deposit will help too!0
