Radio 5 live are currently discussing the Farepak situation and have invited directors of Farepak to join the discussion. It's on now from 9am to 10am (or later). They also have a rep from the office of fair trading.

Hmmmm - considering they were Farepak's bankers, £2 mil seems like a drop in the ocean for offering as compensation.........they could have offered a *lot* more........

Also, does anyone know if people can claim from both sainsburys and john lewis? Saw this in the article above:

In another effort to help, High Street firms Sainsbury's and John Lewis have agreed that Farepak customers can get 25% of the value of their savings in vouchers for their stores.

totally agree...read private eye that will open your eyes on how banks operate and others..............
