(Experian) credit scores...

..possibly a little OT.....but I was wondering if the credit score firms give everyone with a decent credit situation/history 999 out of 1000?

Also, how good an indicator of future acceptance by mortgage lenders is such a score?

Thanks in advance, for any feedback

Lenders have their own credit scoring criteria and methods of ascertaining creditworthiness, along with now increasing emphasis on affordability.

If you maintain your personal financial affairs properly then experian is not worth the subscription fee.

When I looked a while back. You had to complete a Direct Debit. So if you didn't cancel the DD you automatically were enrolled for a period. Another marketing scam for a product you don't really need.......
