Near Prime 85%???

Does anyone know of a near prime mortgage company which do 85% LTV. Perfect credit history apart from a default 4 years ago. I have been told by my broker that the minimum a near prime broker will go to is 75% LTV. With the default being 4 years old and a clean history since then I am desperate for a lender who will manually look at an application and not just a computer. I have desperately saved to my limits for a 15%.

Depends on the type of property, type of borrower that you are but near prime lender Kensington will go up to 80%I am a Mortgage Adviser
