where do i stand with this people???

i ordered 2 blue raw edge shorts sleeved sweatshirts.... i waited 2 days and went back to the website and the item was still showing 5 in stock. so i ordered 2 more as they were a pound and a great deal.... only to recieve an email 4 days after the initial order saying they were all 'out of stock' as well of the hoodys i ordered and another pound t shirt???? i appreciate stock levels change but 3 days in total after the initial order is a long time.


where do i stand with this complaint???

i feel like they are enticing people in to sale shop by advertising items that are not really in stock???

my complaint has been fobbed off by topman saying stock levels can diminish but.... they were still in stock days after my first order???

im well peeved about it??

any advice??

I don't understand why they would do that since it wouldn't make them look good. Maybe they had logistic issues.
Regardless, I doubt there is anything you can do. Did you pay for it? Did they refund you?

yes i was refunded, and yes i was notified of this but.... the three emails ive had from topman are just generic, automated responses.

im just frustrated and feel they could be putting £1 pound silly offers out to the public to entice them to the site when indeed they are not in stock?!?

probably nothing i can do but i feel its just a little bit shady??

its happened twice now... where the stock is showing plentyful yet the order is cancelled due to being out of stock.

in my opinion....not good enough from a brand as big as topman.

:(It's obviously their fault and they sure are to blame.I suggest you never visit their site for a patron.And you just post a new thread to tell everyone here.
