Best Loan Help!!

I am looking for help re best loan for my circumstances bit of a long story but here goes,
have loan of £9000 outstanding which we pay £301.47 per month to due to finish oct 2009, we have had an offer accepted on a house today which will increase mortgage from £207.95 per month to approx £500 (rate slightly higher than seems to be norm tied in until oct 2007 so will change then)
paying £250 per month sharesave scheme
The plan was to move end 2007 when we could change mortgage no erc and as sharesave finishes oct 2007 we were paying off loan early with this, have to move due to health reasons cannot put off any longer so we now need to extend the loan to reduce the payments as much as possible but want one with no erc so we can clear oct 2007 as planned.
i know this is a bit long winded but just wanted to include as much as possible for best advise thanks
