Making a Will - advice?

If you don't ask for the paper deeds to be kept when they are sent to the Land Registry, they are destroyed. It's a great shame. Although they're not necessary for legal sales, they are of historical interest.
Nobody ever said that I could ask for them to be kept. It was just "oh, we don't do deeds these days". Still, they might not even have existed when we bought our current house.

Thanks. I'll bear that in mind.0 -
I've just spotted a link to Will Making advice near the top of this web page. I should have guessed there would be something. Still, good to hear all your views.0
