Barclays comp - £10 voucher warning

I have posted on the barclays thread but thought a lot of winners probably wont check back there!

When you recieve your vouchers keep them with your winning letter or write the winning ref on the card as ive had 18 turn up dead with nothing on them today

If it had been me spending i wouldnt have got so upset about it but i gave my dad £100 to treat himself with and feel bloody awful now!

All the others recieved earlier in the week were ok, but every single one today is dead - the manager in sports direct said they have either expired or havent been scanned properly when they were activated!

I have phoned barclays with the winning ref codes and they are looking in to what has happened and getting back to me on monday!

not sure if this helps, but I won a £50 voucher before the new year. I received it last week and hadn't spent it yet. Yesterday, I received a phonecall from Barclays to apologise since apparantly they'd sent me a £10 voucher by accident. They're going to send me another £50 voucher - and I can keep the original £10 voucher as an apology.

It looks like they know there's been some issues, so it's definitely worth giving them a call if you haven't already

Ive seen some one else say this on fb as well a couple days ago (unless that is you but i dont think it is)

Ive given them a call already took ages to read out all the reference numbers - some one else on the main barclays post has had 4 dead ones as well so im def not the only one!
