...Whats the difference??
I'm in the process of applying for jobs and want to bring my CV right up to date.
From reading on various sites it seems I should be outlining my key skills and key attributes on my CV, trouble is I dont really understand the difference between the two.
Can anyone help??

I would think Key Skills are the more technical aspects of the role e.g. Sales skills, computing skills such as ability to use certain software etc whereas attributes might be more about personality traits, management style, team player etc, that sort of thing...does that make sense in the context of your application?0

Yes thanks, that's what I thought to be honest.
Skills being the practical side, the things I can do, and attributes being more of the sort of person I am etc.

Skills:
Experience based, specific things you can do (hopefully well). Often lies so ideally back it up with some experience:
e.g. Skills: HTML, JavaScript, CSS
vs
Skills: 2 years HTML, JavaScript, CSS - shown when developing https://www.myfirstwebsite.com, https://www.corporate-bluesky-thinking.com and https://www.ideastorm.com
Useful for HR, and show what you can do for an employer immediately.
Attributes:
They are the bit of the CV that people ignore, because its full of rubbish:
http://www.your-career-change.com/personal-attributes.html
"I have the ability to work individually and as part of the larger organization's team"
"I have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written"
Blah blah unprovable blah subjective blah
Frankly, i think its stuff for the cover letter, not the CV. I expect HR to generally ignore that bumpf0
