Hi,
what is your browser, and what is your default mail client?0 -
The links you're clicking on are 'mailto' links - when clicked on, these open the default e-mail program on the PC, fill in the 'To' field with an address defined by the owner of the site that you're browsing, and then the e-mail program waits for you to fill in something in the body of the e-mail.
Have you installed an e-mail program since buying the PC? Did it come with (for instance) Microsoft Outlook Express already installed?
The message is telling you either that there is no suitable program on your PC, or that the e-mail program is there in the background, but you haven't expressly said that it's your default program.
You would set it as your default in the settings of your web browser.0 -
It's probably a new Windows 7 install that doesn't have a default email client.
