whilst out today i saw a huge bargain on the above knitting kits, they are usually around £8, but in poundstretcher today they were £3. they had loads of different colours and were doing scarf kits, wrap kits, cushion kits and bag kits. they are very easy to knit and the wool enclosed is the new fun fur type which is very soft and snuggly. make a great xmas gift either in kit form or knitted up

Thank you - I was looking at some knitting kits today in Woollies - thinking of my daughter - but they were about £8 and I thought that was a bit steep if she didn't take to it.

Saw knitting kits in The Works today. For scarves, cushions, slippers & more. Not sure of prices though, but not normally an expensive shop.

Do people really want to knit their own slippers??

Thanks - I received one of these for Christmas last year from my sister-in-law and was very 'underwhelmed' wondering what I'd done so wrong to deserve one!! However I had great fun knitting myself a gorgeous scarf, so many people ask me where I got it from! I really love it!
Shall try and get to a poundstretcher asap to get some more!
