Do ya feel lucky, punk?

Well do ya?
And do you think it has any effect? If you think you're a lucky person (or if you think you're not) is that just subjective interpretation or does it actually affect the results you get? Some interesting books written around this lately.
What do you think?
I haven't won much: a bag of sweets in an art comp when i was a kid, some book vouchers (again in an art comp, seeing a pattern here), quite a lot of academic 'awards' (only secondary level), book tokens for an essay... actually they seem to be adding up, but mostly are when I was a kid. I've also had 'free gifts' when signing up for stuff, without noticing I was due to get them.
Point being, I still 'feel' lucky. Like a win is probably just around the corner. Think it affects anything? We could bring the Heisenberg principle into it if you like!
