Anyone had any dealings with them?
They've offered me a mortgage although my credit rating is well erm not great however will soo be Debt Free bar the mortgage?

Magic we were approved today for 180k bit worrying though as we thought top line on our salaries was 130k?

on BM, ive currently got a mortgage with them and am considering moving to halifax, as they are part of the same company is it likely halifax will want proof of income and other paperwork, or will it be a simple sign here procedure0
