    The problem with a set figure is that for those who have minimum wage employment, they would actually be worse off than they are now.

    A percentage appears the fairer way to go, that way those who can afford it more due to higher pay, pay more, those who can't afford huge amounts due to lower pay, pay less.

    One size just cannot fit all when it comes to child support.
    We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
    Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

    let the arrears build up and watch yourself get lumbered with a 40% DEO.

    then throw some good money after bad at a solicitor who will undoubtedly know fooook all about CSA law anyway....
