Found one pack of 31p basic razors in boots and got the botanics self tan lotion free! went through no probs with the new style packaging.

Printed off the gorgeous feet vouchers and tried it with 2 gift sets and a mediteranean collection set for the 3 for 2 offer. It didnt work charged me 16 quid so I just said I didnt want it! SA checked receipt and said oh giftsets are excluded. I thought someone on this board had been successful in this? maybe the glitch has been fixed now. I also got her to try it without the 3rd item to see if the 3 for 2 was the problem.

Bought Pregnacare tablets 2 packs and got free minadex for my daughter. Going through as 3 for 2. I had a 200 point voucher for Pregnacare which again did not go through! SA tutted again and said its because of the 3 for 2 offer it wont accept it but put it through manually as she was fed up and the store was about to close lol

Mum got free prof haircare product on her AC but I didnt grrrr!! havent had any freebies from the AC machine in a while now! come on boots where are they?!

triple points ended in store on sunday. wanted to do a phone top-up but t&c's state that they're exlcluded from the event which was a bummer.

i also checked the offers at the atm machine and there was another voucher for a free mini prof. haircare product, had already printed same one out last month with same expiry date too (5/12). so everyone should check again by tomorrow when the offer ends.

Hi all - I've been lurking on these boards for a couple of weeks and finally decided to try a Boots grabbit :j

I bought the 31p razors with bottle of Botanics (white stripe - thanks for the tip); went to AC and got professional haircare free voucher - umberto gianni were on shelf at 2 for £2 so got them.
Went to till, handed in voucher and very confused young girl who served said "It says you only owe me 32p". Cool says I, keeping quiet and looking surprised.
AShe check with a colleague who said that I shouldn't have got the free voucher with the shelf offer. I just smile and said "well it scanned" and she "well it's gone through now so OK" :j :j

After I left shop noticed that UG products had scanned as BOGOF and my free item voucher took another £1.48 off so only paid 1qp for them - hence total of 32p spent for goods worth almost £8.

I'm very happy - thanks all for your tips.

In my local store (woking) ther pharmacy and photo depts aren't allowed to do refunds. They always tell you to go to the main tills.

I'm an idiot, I went Christmas shopping yesterdy and spent £35 on 17 makeup....only when I was at home last night did I realise I didn't get one of the free gift sets.

Do you think it would be possible to get one, if I took my receipt in? Does it show ona receipt when you've got a free gift?

ikkleosu - yip the receipt shows when you get a gift set - so i would give it a bash, worst that can happen is they say no!

yes it would show on our reciept if you have a free gift because they scan that 2, i would go back and ask as it was part of the offer.

Thanks for replies! It was my own fault, should never go Christmas shopping with my 2 best friends. Too busy chatting to be a proper MSEr LOL.

GOOD GREIF! Just realised how much fo an idiot I am! If I'd split up the make-up and given 2 items to each of my friends i could have got at least 4 gift sets!! Aggggghhhhhhhhhhhh! nbever ever going shopping with friends again, too distracting!

Hiya good news guys the Toni & guy minature hair stuff free with the advantage machine is on again. I put my cards in today and got another 4 items!!! They should have been £1.99 each and this was my second lot!!

So try the machine again see if you are luck too. I did try 2 machines and one gave the voucher one didn't (same boots) so try all machines in boots.

Also buy some cough/cold stuff get benalyn cough mixture sachers free and tissues - not from the machine just in a dump bin instore

Can the parenting voucher be used on a gift set when bought as part of 3 for 2 and also get 3 bags free. I.E pay for one gift set as one free with voucher and one free with 3 for 2?
