Charlene you poor thing. I hate it when SAs treat you like you are stealing from the store for being a paying customer. And as if the SA is really going to remember the state the nappies were in when they were sold!

Regarding the 200 points on professional haircare (voucher from ACM) ...

No7 Nail Varnish (£5 voucher redeem and used 250 bonus points from No7 Gift Bag previous purchase)
Boots Multi Vitamins £1.69 (300 bonus points from No7 gift bag)
3 x 31p razors
3 x Botanics Gold Glow

Use £2 gift voucher, triple point voucher on Boots razors.

Total £12.12 and 753 points

SA made some mess up and ended up charging all the total as being paid by gift voucher. She tried to reverse it all out and had to get the store manager in the end. He sorted it out and I ended up getting an additional 753 points because they weren't reversed out.

So ...... £12.12 and £15.06 points later I walked out very happy.

No- but you could add some nail polish or facial wipes (you'd have to pay for those though) and get it. Good luck!
