Bad Credit for Car purchase

Hi,

I have bad credit and in desperate need of a car.

I have had a look at carloan4u and a few others but majority of them seem to be brokers rather then lenders.

I am in dire need for this. Please someone help me?

Many thanks,
Rob

Have you trawled ebay/ pistonheads classifieds for a runabout - some solid cars can be had for circa 500 quid ish if you can spare the cash.

I myself once bought a Volvo 440 2.0l, tax and tested, for £80. Lasted 2 years with no problems. Call local scrap yards etc to see if they have anything.

In terms of bad credit loans, avoid at all costs anyone who asks you for money up front. Start with your own bank, then other major lenders. If no to all of those you are I am afraid looking at very high APR outfits, or the sort of car shops that will overprice their cars with high APR finance.

Mate little tip, stay away from the likes of carloan4u and the rest of these hideous brokers, and stay away from places like Carcraft, and many more of these rip off car supermarkets.

Best thing to do is buy a cheap run about, while doing this try and repair your credit, then once repaired then try and get a proper car loan from the low APR big motor finance companies.

    DO NOT TOUCH (EVANS HALSHAW,CARCRAFT,ARNOLD CLARK,INTERNET SHOWROOM,e.t.c

    ALSO (CARFINANCE24/7,CARLOAN4U,ACF CAR FINANCE,INFINITY FINANCE,DREAMCAR FINANCE,APPROVED CAR FINANCE,YES CAR CREDIT,UCAN CAR CREDIT,BADCREDIT.CO.UK,GUARANTEE FINANCE,WELCOME CAR FINANCE,FIRST RESPONSE FINANCE,CREDITPLUS CAR LOANS,ACCEPT CAR CREDIT,RAINBOW CAR FINANCE,CAR LOAN 2DAY,the list goes on ,these are not car loans they are a joke.
