Zavvi Compensation - Did I miss something?!

Hi All,

Just wondering whether I missed something.

Way back Zavvi went into administration and my £20 voucher (birthday present) went from being worth £20 to a rather random amount as decided by the administrators.

They wrote to me to tell me they'd received my gift voucher and that my £20 was likely to be worth £2!

Since then, I've heard nothing.

Will I get anything back?

Well... they have my gift token... they have my friends money that paid for it... they have my contact details... They have my compensation request... I don't have the compensation... and they haven't written back in some time...

They don't have any email address I can try as far as I'm aware...

I guess I could waste more money on stamps or phone calls, but I thought I'd ask the friendly people of MSE as they always tend to have the answers. I kept reading the threads on here originally but like me most people were resigned to get very little but are probably stuck like me where it'll cost more to investigate than it is likely to return.

Disgusting in my opinion!

Hopefully someone will see this and have an answer.

Is it worth pursuing this now even though its £2 I know original it was £20 it might be best just drop it
