The Observer is giving away one week's free British Military Fitness membership and two free BMF workout downloads to enjoy at your leisure.
You can use your week's free membership between now and the end of February to take part in any of the 400 classes a week that take place at 105 parks around the UK. All BMF instructors are either serving or are ex-army, and are particularly experienced when it comes to motivating you through an hour-long workout.
If you can't make it to BMF's classes, you can download you own free BMF audio workouts to your MP3 player to do in your own time. There are two workouts to choose from depending on your fitness level and both use a combination of static and running exercises.
Please note: BMF are currently not offering training sessions in N. Ireland and ROI.
