Over 50 insurance free gifts.

Hello,
I gets lots of these over 50 insurance letters some offering free gifts as soon as you take out a policy, like free satnav, lcd tv that kind of thing.
I think they send you the free gift once they receive your first prenium and then you could just cancel. To be honest I never applied for any as I thought it a bit less than honest to just take out a policy just for the sake of getting a free gift for little spend.
What do you think?

all in the past now ! Most of them you have to pay 3/6 mths premium before the gift/voucher.
