Hi all,
i reaced payout threshold on HI-Epanel last year and requested payout on 3rd December. i have not recieved the voucher yet and have tried several times to email them at the email on the website but with no luck.
has anyone had these problems with them before?

Did you get the voucher?
Ive just reached the payout level (after doing surveys with them for more than 2 years!) Put in a request last week and have yet to hear anything.....0
