At the moment I'm not 100% sure. I just know it was to Natwest. Hopefully it will be clearer when I get the statements.

But to be honest, I would just tell em it is statute barred.
If they claim it's not, then they would need proof of that.
If it isn't, then you are no worse off than now.

So what can I write back to them saying? I kinda guess that I need to stick to the route I've already started but what I don't understand is they've seemed to completely ignore the fact that I'm disputing the debt and saying I have to pay to receive statements and Credit Agreement before they've proved that the debt is mine.0
