    Hi

I got my items yesterday and am well pleased. Only problem is that there are big price stickers on the front of the boxes that I can't remove without tearing the box. As I bought them as presents I would prefer it if they didn't do this!
    HI
I had this problem at xmas with toys from Debenhams and they came off really easily with a hairdryer ! Just keep putting the dryer on hot and then blasting it with the hot air from a couple of inches away and the labels come off - just dont burn the box ! hope this helps

I used a baby wipe - baby wipes are scarily good at cleaning everything (dread to think what's in them!).

I had a despatched to store email on 24th saying they expected it to be instore on 25th and waited patiently last week for a phone call... After not hearing anything from them, hubby popped into store on his way to work this morning to see if it was in. The ignorant customer services woman wouldn't even take his name or check to see until we've had a phonecall... What's that about?!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

When my store called me I only knew because my answer phone had registered a call with no message left, I dialled 1471 and googled the number, they didn't leave a message on my answer phone or try again over the following 2 days before I went to the store, so how does she know someone hasn't already tried to call you but you weren't home? That's very rude of her!

My store did the same to me on saturday....I was passing, so popped in on the off chance that it was there, she said that until I recieved a phonecall she couldn't check.....got home to a message on the answerphone from them saying it was ready for pick up:mad:

I wish I'd known this sooner!! I couldn't get the label of the peppa pig cake tea set, well it came off all the way round about an inch but left the price, so ended up putting a white label over it - VERY attractive NOT!!! Why do they do this?? They must realize that these things will mostly end up as pressies!
