Magazine subscription contacts

I needed to get in touch with a magazine that I have a subscription with. I looked in the magazine and it was an 0870 number, so I tried saynoto0870 but the number wasn't recognised, so I had no option but to dial it. There was a message saying that no one was available to take my call and I thought, here goes, a long queue. Anyway, they said that if you had a computer you could contact their on-line help which could be found at:

www.subscription.co.uk/help

There is a long list of magazines you can choose from. If you don't know your membership number, it can be found on-line also, rather than having to pay the 0870 charges.

you wouldnt believe the trouble ive had finding a contact for Sainsburys Magazine... its impossible! Youve now just saved me a big load of trouble!
