    never done it but i should boil for 1 min (forgotten the proper name for it!) then drain and cool wil cold water then freeze, cook from frozen for about 3 mins

    I reckon they would freeze ok - might be best to eat them tonight just to be on the safe side. I love them...... nice raw dipped in humous.

    They should be fine to freeze if you blanche them first. Personally I'd just eat them now! I love raw sugar snaps! :drool:
