mortgage offers , length of re mortage offer ??

hi,

i am currenty wanting to re mortage my property , as i think that the current rates are low , and will no doubt rise

my current motgage is fixed until aug 2010, if i cahnge beofer this its quite a fee

will current offers be valid for 6months for example if i set something up in feb and delay until aug

i dont want to miss out here and after being fixed at 6 percent for 5 yrs , can save quite abit if i re set

are offers valid for a whilst if i set one up ?

    Ring up the lender you are interested in and ask them can you book a deal six months in advance and if they say yes then get the ball rolling
