Paying too much interest - Debt free wannabe

Hi I currently have 4 CCs and an overdraft. I have been paying it off slowly but (all CCs were at 0% and so was the overdraft). Over a year ago i moved house and since then I have not been able to get a credit card. Can someone suggest what i should do - as half of the money I am paying off now is eaten off by the charges.

I currently have:
Lloyds overdraft - up to £800 a month costing me about £10-14/month.
Lloyds (-£1944.00) 15.9% - monthly charges rougly £31.00
Barclay card (wifes) (-£2743.31) - 17.9% (0% offer recently expired) - charges £35-40/month.
Barclaycard (mine) (-£1466.00) 0% offer expires in July
Santander (-£1350.00) - 0% offer expires in March

I am thinking of getting a loan to pay off all expired CCs, as dont seem to b able to get a 0% CC at the moment? I always pay on time but the charges extending the time i will take to pay all off.

Any suggestions anyone?
