I have to really watch Tesco for their pricing. They will put, say, a bag of British apples in a bin that has an offer tag for, say, Cape apples, so it looks like the British apples are cheaper than what they are when you get to the till. This is a staff thing (sorry, Tesco staff). They're putting them in the wrong place. Unless they're being instructed to, which is a different matter altogether ...

I've also seen price tickets for 200 candarel tablets when there have only been 100s or 300s on the shelf, with no price tickets, and the Tesco own ones didn't even get a price ticket. (In fact, I don't think I've ever seen units of 200 tablets on the shelf anyway.) I've alerted staff to this, and they've said "this isn't my section, I'm bakery", then made a lot of noise as they've tried to find out. When I was in a customer service industry, we owned an issue whether it was ours or not, and dealt with it. And moaned to the relevant people not the customer. (Sorry, slight off-topic mini-rant ...)

Tesco need watching on their bread prices too. Their "offers" are often dearer than buying individually.
