How to calculate LTV?

Hi there in Nov 2007 I have started my mortgage payments with, what was then Bristol & West.
I always get a statement in March/April, but want to know what my LVT is now. How can I calculate this?
I can find out what was outstanding as of Spring 2010 (from statement)
I know what I have paid since then
and I know what my current SVR is.
Has anyone got a fancy formula please?
Many thanks

It depends on how much your property is valued at, and there's no fancy formula to work that out. You would need to phone up your lender to find out what they value your property at, and while you're on the phone ask them how much you owe - much easier than trying to work it out yourself.0
