Hi,
Been shopping around for a new mortgage deal and came across First direct as the best deal. Anyone had any dealings with them? I usually go to a broker who does everything for but they cant get this mortgage.
Thanks in advance,
Richard

Their customer service as a bank is top.
I have a tracker with HSBC (same group) and never had a problem and it was all set up over the phone and by post. That was 3 years ago.0 -
Pretty much the same as R34GTT HSBC tracker about three years ago no problems.
