Watch out buying Siemens phones....The mobile business was sold to Benq-Siemens about a year ago and BenQ has gone into receivership..so spare parts/warranty repairs are no longer available.

I have a few of these, great screen, battery life, speakphone etc.
CANNOT be unlock via handset code like Nokias so you will be stuck with the provider or have to pay for an unlock.

Cheap accessories etc..Nice basic phone.

Web link posted shows item in stock is this a real time system? Or will I order and be told not more stock?

Virgin mobile will give you an unlock code as long as you've spent at least £30 on calls (or at least the used to)

Hi has anyone received this phone yet? i ordered one yesterday at 10am got a confirmation email and then an email telling me it had been despatched, and would be delivered by royal mail by 1pm today, but guess what no delivery! just rang them and they have said that they cancelled my order as they have ran out of stock! how can they be out of stock if they had posted it!! not a happy bunny and won't deal with phones4u again,i think this has been a ploy as i was then asked to order another more expensive handset,i said i would have it for the same price as the phone i originally ordered but no deal. oh well never mind. hope someone had more luck.

i got a siemans A55 phone similar to that a couple or so years ago free(or a very small price cant remember!) at Avon with cosmetics offer and it works great ive never had any problems with it and it is very small too so noone notices it anyway! enjoy!
