Is anyone else having problems submitting? It says I am missing info but I have filled in all fields and multi selected in certain fields

Yes, it's when you select multiple answers to the last two questions, if you pick just one answer it goes through ok.

I managed to multi-select things, but it wouldn't go through until I de-selected 'select' in the lists if that makes sense?!
