Asda pinata cost?

Hi does anyone know how much a pinata costs in asda? I remember thinking they were quite cheap. I was going to make ours, I want 2, but am pushed for time now so thinking of buying one. (plus if I'm honest I'm worried about blowing up a big balloon without it popping!)

My son has had a Pinata for his last 2 Birthday parties. The 1st one was from Asda, I'm affraid I can't remember the exact cost, but I definately would not have paid £14.99!.

The one I bought last year was from Home Bargains for £5 and included an eye mask and stick to wack the pinata (the one I got from Asda didn't come with aything). So if you have a Home Bargains anywhere near you, then worth a look!

Both Pinata's were just a cardboard box, covered in crepe paper/tissue paper.

My son has already asked me for a Pinata at his Birthday this year (and that isn't till June!)

And when I bought one it was virtually indestructible :0 had my four age 15,12,10 and 3 on a rampage to get the treats it was hauled down and 'killed' with a broom handle or two in the end !!! Very good for tiring them out tho !!

I wouldn't buy an asda one again; whilst the lord of the flies dramatics were amusing I was disappointed that it didn't rain sweets lol
