I managed to complete the order, although it took about 15 minutes!

To get to the link provided by crazyterrier, it's advisable to copy and paste it into a google search. When the results come up, click on 'Cached' version, on first one (see below). You now have access to the page at least, from which follow through the steps.

If you don't already have an account it'll ask for your details, none of which are financial, although it will say it's not accepting payment in your area (or similiar), which you can ignore.

If any of the pages fail to load, which is likely, refresh the screen (F5).

Once completed, you'll receive an email from them confirming the order.

got almost to the end and it said sorry we are not delivering to your area at the moment. I clicked on 'payment' anyway and it's sent me a receipt and delivery no! Just have to wait and see...
