ASDA: Persil small and mighty

I'm having fun and games with Asda over this offer. I ordered 4 bottles for home delivery and some cat food to bring the order to £25. They should have been delivered on wednesday evening. The delivery man arrived minus order. He had my name on a list but nothing to give to me!!! Apparently the order was Out of Stock. However Asda have now debited my bank account for the goods and are refusing to refund me even though I haven't received them!!! This is the second time they've done this to me, the first time was in October and I am now fuming with them. Not only have I not received the goods but they've also taken money from my bank account for goods I haven't received!!!!! Help!!!!!!

The Small & Mighty Non Bio Concentrated 85 Washes was out of stock on the day of your delivery; therefore you were substituted with the 54 washes. If you are unhappy with the products you received, you could return these items with our driver. Our drivers will take the unwanted products and refund you for it.

I may as well keep it now.:(

We ordered 5 of the persil & they delivered 4 of the surf same size even though delivery document said 4 persil on it. 1st time weve used home delivery from asda & doesnt look like well be in a rush to reuse!!!

Hmm, not sure whether to risk an online shop, or go to my nearest one now. I love stocking up on washing detergent, esp offers like this.

I was in Tesco yesterday and this same non-bio Persil was over £16!!

called up and the gave me a refund on the them - result!!!
