12 month loan to pay car insurance in full?

Hi all,
Well, I decided to stick with my original insurer on monthly payments for now. They kept my old premium open for my new car and that means I still get to keep my no claims bonus. Three months to go! :j
Hmm, that doesn't make things clear at all, perhaps if I explain...
I sold my car this week in order to buy my late grandad's car off my non-driving gran, hence the potential change in insurers. I have had a full licence since April 2010, and presumably the saving from my NCB will offset any increase from paying monthly.
Thanks for your tips all!:beer:Credit Card - £300 Overdraft - £2000.
