Just buy the mag, sometimes it's a voucher inside and sometimes the mascara is attached to the mag.Can't remember which one this was:D

The mascara comes wrapped up with the mag. Found a photo on ebay which shows what to look out for:

Not knocking this post but it's worth pointing out that this mascara is unbranded. It might still be a great product, regardless of looking plain, but in my opinion it's a nice bonus if you already buy the mag, but if your gf doesn't read mags like Prima and/or is quite particular about which beauty brands she uses, then you might want to look out for a better offer as brilliant branded freebies come up all the time in various mags
