bread maker help required please

hi ,dont often post on this part of the site so hope someone can help.
i got given a second hand bread maker but lost the instructions since we moved house 18 months ago.also my dried yeast is dated BB nov 10 will this still be ok,dont mind using somethings ood but not sure about yeast. the breadmaker i've got is a Panasonic SD-251 tia

Yeast - hmmmmmm, if you can get new stuff that would be preferable. You don't want to "waste" a loaf finding out. Then again if it's dry and stored well out of reach of moisture it may be ok..... i wouldn't purely for wasting a whole loaf if it went wrong
have you looked on the panny website for the instructions? Ill add this to panny quick qs later

thanks for the prompt replies ,going to make a loaf tomorrow morning .think i'll try the yeast as not much to lose if it isnt very successsful, thanks again
