mortgage for ex wife!

Hi all. Would really appreciate any advice. Am still on mortgage for ex wife even though we have been seperated for 2+ years and she has been paying the mortgage during this time. House was given to her as divorce settlement value approx £160 K with mortgage of £59 K Trouble is she has found it difficult to get a mortgage in her name because of her income even though she has been paying it for 2 years with my son. Need to find her a mortgage with both their incomes taken into the equation. She does not want to sell as she wants son to have the house when he marries. I really need to come off this mortgage, but can not do it untill she is sorted out. Any ideas ?
