Phoning the csa

Hi,
I am waiting for a callback from the csa is it best to wait for them to call me or should I just ring up again? I phoned them yesterday.

i would keep ringing them they are useless at phoning back.

Ring them back yourself, a callback is usually a excuse to get rid of you ! from experience I have been told many times I would get a callback and to date I havent had 1 !! so keep ringing them if I were you.

That sounds familiar, my partner is still waiting for a letter that they said they were sending him...................2 and a half years ago:mad:

Usually if they promise you a callback they have 48 hours to do this...if they've not rang you within that time scale then I would call up again.

:rotfl: they say they will phone me with progress reports I phone them every fortnight now, would hate for them to "forget".

I think it's the best way to get things done, and to make sure that your case is being dealt with.

Failing that write them a letter and mark it 'Complaint' they have to deal with it then. I was told this by a CSA employee and what do you know a month after I'd done this my case was sorted out (after 2 years of being faffed about by them).

I did try that funnily enough I haven't heard back from him, must be far too busy in his new job down at Westminster.

Book an appointment at his surgery and see him in person.Get to know his assistant(s).
