Hi is there anyone who can give me some advice, I sent off a form and complaint to reclaim missold ppi, its been 8 weeks and the reply I've received from the Bank is "we are looking into it but also that we can now refer to Financial Ombudsman", but that they are investigating as a matter of priority.
Was wondering which way to go with this......?????
