What Multi Vitamins do you guys take and which ones are the best?

If you are just after something to top you up to the RDA then dont bother with anything fancy, its just unnecessary. I take Boots Essentials (their value range) which are 99p for 30 and also on the 3 for 2 offer and they are perfectly good.

I take Tescos multivit and minerals. They seem to be ok & have been buying these for quite some time without any problems.

Most vitamins taken as supplements pass straight through your system with little or no benefit. Healthy diet is the only way!

You read my mind as i was googling this same question yesterday, i eat a really restricted diet so feel i need the extra help.

I read somewhere that the cheap ones are full of petrochemicals and pass straight through our bodies. But i'm no expert. Then i was looking at the prices of the others and thought no way!

I used to use multibionta and always felt ok with them so decided to try them again plus you get the good bacteria in these, got mine with my asda shop though 3 for a tenner.
