Is it worth me getting off my but and going to look in my boots? I dont know if they had anything in the 50% off, as I havent been for ages, would it be worth it?
Each store is different, last year my local was rubbish but the year before it was incredible!!

Do none of you ever feel that you're just being used by Boots? :o

I do feel used by them actually, I know i'm going to sound like one the millions saying the same thing but all of this is really putting me off shopping with them for anything. Its also making me wonder about their margins on all of their items because if they can afford to sell this stuff at 25% of its original price that what else are they making huge margins on?

I've been shopping in the 75% off sale for the previous 3 years and i'm on the brink of giving up. All i really wanted was a few boxes of christmas crackers, but thought I might as well get some other things while i'm at it.

After the way they have treated their loyal sales customers with regards to their cloak and dagger approach, I'm not sure I really want to give them my hard earned.

I'll give it another 5 minutes, if that doesn't work i'm afraid they have lost a customer...and I will try to avoid shopping there in the future.

I just feel fed up with it.

Pretty much everything, the same with all high street stores. That £40 perfume? Costs pennies to make.

I just phoned up and the online team said the website will be up and running again in an hour- is it just me or does it work for about 4 minutes every hour and then they turn it off again?

Is there any chance of you letting me know what telephone number you contacted them on, please? All Google responses to my request take me to their website ... or rather the same old picture that I have been looking at throughout the night!

    Thanks!
    If it's cheap, I'm cheerful!

I have also bought all my crackers in Tesco's. I paid £1.25 for twelve lovely crackers and 87p for a pack of 30 cards. The little small square cards that are good for children to give were 37p for 24.
