but it didn't happen to my order.
The shipping cost appears only after i confirm on my payment.
which means the amount at the time i confirm & before i confirm differs by £5 i.e. shipping cost

That's a bit rubbish. Before now when I've ordered it showed £5 delivery fee but it didn't actually calculate the postage cost into the total,try checking the total amount at checkout & see if it's added it?!

Not sure when the free p&p runs out though perhaps it has stopped now as been running for awhile.x

It's the giftwrap, not the shipping that is being charged, right?

Looks like you've been charged £5 for gift wrap 39+5 = £44 if you were also charged for shipping it would be 39+5+5= 49

i definitely didn't opt for the gift wrapping. so i shudn't be charged for it.

something's really wrong in their system.
i've never experienced this kind of issue in other online shopping websites.

I'd email them & ask if it's not been dispatched can they cancel gift wrapping as u no longer require it,might be worth a try?
