Additional borrowing help please

We are looking to raise approx £30000 for an extention. We are fortunate to owe only £2000 on variable mort and are not sure what type of re mort to go for. Our aim is to be able to overpay and to clear the new amount asap. Our Ltv is about 15%. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

    You have answered your own query.

    You require a flexible mortgage where you can make unlimited capital repayments without incurring a penalty. Plenty of lenders allow this.
