Oil price hits two-year high as Libya unrest stokes supply fears
Thanks for the update.
However, 25% margin on a call is hardly confirming the coming of a prophet.
My call is £1.40-£1.50 minimum at the pumps by the end of spring. That is the 20th June.
A 6% margin call on the day must make me a demi-god.Not Again0 -
I do wonder when the elephant in the room is going to be seen, denial is a strange phenomenon to watch.Have owned outright since Sept 2009, however I'm of the firm belief that high prices are a cancer on society, they have sucked money out of the economy, handing it to banks who've squandered it.0

Really, well I've just watched the first few minutes of the interview he gave back in October (which was about as much as I could bear) in which he states quite categorically:Folks, keep your eyes on China and Russia, never mind the Middle East, never mind North and South Korea....
Now correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems to me that the current increase in the oil price is linked directly to the turmoil in the Middle East rather than China and Russia. So how do you square that with his advice to "never mind the middle east"?0 -

Well it turns out I'm not wrong.
I've just watched the rest of his video and there is absolutely no mention of future turmoil in the middle east.
So I go back to my original point. How can you possibly have any faith in someone who tells you to ignore the middle east when it is events in that very region that are driving up oil prices?0
