remotage in receipt of DLA SDA & INCOME SUPPOT

I am disabled present mortgage is with santander (I was with Abbey before I become disabled) I keep remortaging with santander because when I have tried to change to my bank ie natwest even though i am signed disabled indefinitly they no longer seem to offer motagage under those circumstances I am wondering if anyone knows anyone else that i might be able to apply to. I need ltv 60% max ie property is worth 275k present mortgage is 156k i have done 10k work on property and have 7.5k on interest free k my credit rating is 999 i have no ccjs or anything i would like to pay off the 7.5k if i could borrow a little extra anyone have any ideas i did try 2 years ago and i gave up after speking to a few lenders who only took into account as income the DLA not the other sda and income support or even the monthly help i get towards my mortgage even santander wouldnt take the money that i get towards the morgage that went direct to them its all a bit odd anyone got any advice thanks sofia

Is there any particular reason you do not wish to remain with your current lender? Have you approached your lender to check if they would extend your borrowing by the required £7,500?

As you do not provide a detailed breakdown of your income it is difficult to provide specific advise, but you should be careful of jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire!
