Solar Water Heating Drain Back System

Does anyone know of an online supplier that sells the necessary components for a drain back system? I can find everything online apart from the drainback tank. I would want one that is pre-insulated and that preferably includes a sight-glass to see fluid levels.

Am I right in thinking that THIS is what you are looking for?

Thats exactly what I as looking for, thanks so much. :)

The question now is whether I can use drainback with evacuated tubes (all the literature I have seen so far has drain back linked to flat panel collectors).

    Thanks again, very helpful. :money:
  • From some quick googles, it seems that drainback is fine for evacuated tube, so my next job is to find pre-insulated stainless steel piping that can be burried underground without groundwater soaking into the insulation and rendering it useless. My evacuated tubes will be on top of the garage, running from there to my heatbank thats stored on the ground floor of my home.
